For many years, the company worked with Schlumberger, a Fortune 400 company to provide master planning for its 450 acre world-wide research and development campus. This effort included an endangered species permit from the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service; several revisions of a Planned Development agreement and other services for more than a decade. Consort also led an entitlement, engineering, landscape architecture and permitting effort to design and build the first built-to-suit factory for Dell. This effort led to the design and construction of a factory 325,000+ square feet in less than six months.

Consort has worked for many national firms over its history.
